在城镇化建设发展与"双碳"目标推进的背景下,住宅建筑作为影响生态环境且资源消耗量较大的工程,践行绿色施工理念已成为必然趋势。文章构建了"组织保障-过程管控-技术创新"三维绿色施工管理模式,明确了三级责任体系、岗位能力矩阵、BIM与物联网动态监测、装配式施工(装配率不低于50%)、四级分类体系等关键技术路径,并设定了PM₁₀日均值不超过1.0 mg/m3、噪声昼间不超过70 dB、废弃物资源化率不低于60%等量化控制指标,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of urbanization development and the promotion of the "dual carbon" goal, residential buildings, as projects that affect the ecological environment and consume a large amount of resources, have become an inevitable trend to practice the concept of green construction. The article constructs a three-dimensional green construction management model of "organizational guarantee process control technology innovation", clarifies key technical paths such as three-level responsibility system, job capability matrix, BIM and IoT dynamic monitoring, prefabricated construction (assembly rate not less than 50%), and four level classification system, and sets quantitative control indicators such as PM₁₀ daily average not exceeding 1.0 mg/m ³, noise daytime not exceeding 70 dB, and waste resource utilization rate not less than 60%, in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
