摘要:

装配式混凝土建筑是我国建筑工业化发展的主要结构形式之一,套筒灌浆连接作为预制构件竖向受力钢筋连接的核心工艺,其施工质量直接关系到整体结构的承载性能与使用安全。文章围绕装配式混凝土建筑套筒灌浆连接的施工环节展开分析,梳理施工工艺要点与常见质量问题,探讨构建全过程质量控制体系的路径,并结合实际工程案例验证控制技术的应用效果,为装配式建筑套筒灌浆连接施工的质量管控提供参考。

Abstract:

Prefabricated concrete buildings are one of the main structural forms in the development of building industrialization in China. As the core technology for vertical load-bearing steel bar connections of prefabricated components, the construction quality of sleeve grouting connection directly affects the bearing performance and safety of the overall structure. The article analyzes the construction process of sleeve grouting connection in prefabricated concrete buildings, sorts out the key points of construction technology and common quality problems, explores the path of building a full process quality control system, and verifies the application effect of control technology with practical engineering cases, providing reference for quality control of sleeve grouting connection construction in prefabricated buildings.
