房建工程中装配式结构施工技术与质量管理

Construction Technology and Quality Management of Prefabricated Structures in Housing Construction Projects

随着我国建筑工业化进程加速,装配式结构已在房建工程中得到广泛应用。文章系统梳理了装配式结构施工的关键技术,涵盖预制构件深化设计、运输存放、吊装安装及节点连接等内容,并从质量策划、过程控制和通病防治3个维度构建了质量管理体系;同时,结合悦商地产黄埔东路项目施工总承包工程与滨海之星花园项目二标段施工总承包工程实例,通过技术应用与数据分析,验证了上述施工技术要点和质控措施的有效性,对提升装配式结构施工水平和减少质量缺陷具有参考价值。

Abstract:

With the acceleration of China's construction industrialization process, prefabricated structures have been widely used in building construction projects. The article systematically summarizes the key technologies of prefabricated structure construction, covering the deepening design of prefabricated components, transportation and storage, lifting and installation, and node connection. It also constructs a quality management system from three dimensions: quality planning, process control, and common disease prevention and control. At the same time, by combining the construction general contracting project of Yueshang Real Estate Huangpu East Road Project and the construction general contracting project of Binhai Star Garden Project Section 2, the effectiveness of the above construction technology points and quality control measures has been verified through technical application and data analysis, which has reference value for improving the construction level of prefabricated structures and reducing quality defects.
