Abstract:Prefabricated shear wall nodes are key parts for seismic force transmission in structures, and their construction quality directly determines the safety performance of the overall structure. The article is based on a high-rise prefabricated residential project in Chengdu, Sichuan. Starting from the seismic transmission mechanism, it analyzes the process differences of different types of nodes and the influence of seasonal working conditions. It proposes a set of key technologies such as refined construction by type, winter and summer adaptation control, defect non-destructive repair, and digital control, and quantifies and clarifies the process parameters of each link. Through engineering application verification, this technology system can effectively improve the qualification rate of node construction and provide a reference technical path for similar projects in the southwest region.
