摘要:

抗震韧性城市理念的提出,为高层建筑结构设计提供了新的目标框架。基于此,文章围绕抗震韧性城市理念下高层建筑结构设计的创新方法展开研究,首先提出高层建筑性能导向抗震设计理念,继而探讨抗震韧性评价体系构建和韧性提升关键技术,并进一步分析智能化技术在建筑装饰装修施工管理中的作用及其注意要点,最后总结建筑装饰装修施工智能化管理的优化措施,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。

Abstract:

The proposal of the seismic resilience urban concept provides a new target framework for the design of high-rise building structures. Based on this, the article focuses on the innovative methods of high-rise building structural design under the concept of seismic resilience city. Firstly, the performance oriented seismic design concept of high-rise buildings is proposed. Then, the construction of seismic resilience evaluation system and key technologies for resilience improvement are discussed. Furthermore, the role and key points of intelligent technology in building decoration and construction management are analyzed. Finally, optimization measures for intelligent management of building decoration and construction are summarized to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
