Abstract:In order to solve quality problems such as cracks and structural deformation caused by concentrated hydration heat and large temperature differences inside and outside after pouring large volume concrete in construction projects, ensure the integrity, stability, and durability of concrete structures, and avoid engineering rework and safety hazards, this article relies on actual engineering to start from four temperature control directions: mix proportion optimization, raw material pre cooling, internal cooling, and surface insulation. Then, combined with five elements of personnel, materials, machinery, technology, and environment, it summarizes the quality control points of the entire construction process of large volume concrete. The results show that the combination of systematic temperature control technology and comprehensive quality control mode can effectively control the temperature difference inside and outside the concrete, reduce the occurrence rate of cracks, and effectively improve the overall quality of large volume concrete construction. It has high reference value for similar projects.
