Abstract:The high-strength steel sleeve mechanical connection is one of the most important steel connection methods in reinforced concrete structures, and its construction quality directly affects structural safety. The article systematically analyzes the key technical points of construction quality control for high-strength steel sleeve mechanical connections from four dimensions: quality control of sleeve products, precision control of steel wire head processing, quality control of joint installation, and on-site inspection and acceptance. Research has shown that the quality of sleeve raw materials and finished products is the fundamental guarantee for connection quality, the machining accuracy of steel wire heads is the core link affecting connection performance, installation torque control is the key operation to ensure joint reliability, and the three-level inspection system consisting of type inspection, process inspection, and on-site inspection is an effective means of verifying connection quality.
