Abstract:Concrete cracks are the most common quality problem in engineering construction, which not only directly affects the stability, service life, and construction safety of building structures, but also easily causes a series of quality problems such as leakage, steel corrosion, and structural deformation, increasing the cost of engineering repair and maintenance pressure. The article takes actual construction projects as the research object, systematically sorts out various causes of concrete cracks, conducts in-depth analysis from the four dimensions of materials, construction, environment, and maintenance, and formulates targeted scientific and effective prevention and control measures. Combined with engineering application, the feasibility of the plan is verified, which can provide reference and guidance for concrete crack control, construction quality improvement, and structural safety in similar construction projects.
