Abstract:Traditional concrete has poor durability in extreme environments where multiple factors are coupled , such as freezethaw, salt corrosion, chemical corrosion, and erosion. It is difficult to adapt to the long-term service needs of infrastructure in areas such as deep sea, high cold, and strong corrosion zones. Based on this, the article deeply analyzes the multi factor coupling degradation mechanism of concrete, systematically sorts out key technologies such as material modification, surface protection, and service status monitoring, and innovatively proposes a technology collaborative integration framework with full life cycle control as the core. At the same time, in response to the existing standard lag problem in the industry, four standardization promotion paths have been clarified, including refined environmental classification, coupled accelerated testing methods, full life performance acceptance, and digital standard implementation. Research has shown that the deep collaboration between technology integration and standardization system can promote the industry to achieve a leap from empirical qualitative design to performance quantitative design, providing a complete system solution for the durability improvement and long-term service guarantee of concrete engineering in extreme environments.
