Abstract:The PDCA cycle, as a classic quality management tool, relies on the closed-loop management logic of planning, execution, inspection, and disposal to provide a systematic solution for construction quality control. The article is based on the PDCA cycle theory, first explaining its core connotation and engineering application value, and then analyzing the existing problems in quality control in the context of construction scenarios. Subsequently, a targeted construction quality control path based on the PDCA cycle is proposed to improve construction quality.
