Abstract:To systematically evaluate the practical applicability of steel fiber reinforced concrete in road and bridge engineering, this article is based on a certain urban elevated bridge construction project. Starting from the selection of raw materials, optimization of mix proportion design, segmented pouring operation, high-frequency vibration compaction, laser leveling treatment, surface roughening forming, standardized maintenance, and strength acceptance, the core construction key technologies of C50 steel fiber reinforced concrete are analyzed in detail. The results show that the use of end hooked steel fibers with a volume fraction of 0.8% can significantly improve the crack resistance, tensile strength, and long-term durability of concrete. Optimizing the supporting construction process can effectively ensure the dispersion uniformity of steel fibers in the matrix and the overall compactness of the concrete structure, resulting in a compressive strength of 53.6 MPa and a splitting tensile strength of 4.1 MPa for the concrete at 28 d. All performance indicators are superior to the current regulatory requirements.
