Abstract:In response to the issue of insufficient durability of recycled aggregate concrete caused by high porosity of aggregates and weak interface transition zones, this article focuses on the construction process regulation mechanism. Through indoor experiments, the pre-treatment process parameters, mix proportion optimization scheme, and pouring and maintenance coordination technology of recycled aggregates are determined, and application verification is carried out in conjunction with pilot projects of municipal road base engineering. The results indicate that compared to traditional natural aggregate concrete, the durability improvement construction technology system constructed in this article can significantly enhance the durability of recycled aggregate concrete, reducing its annual durability degradation rate to 5.1%. In terms of economic benefits, the project has cumulatively consumed 2 700 m3 of concrete, saving a total of 121 500 yuan in material costs.
