为精准评估老旧建筑的安全性与可靠性、降低潜在安全风险,文章从无损检测技术概述切入,构建科学合理的结构性能退化识别与鉴定体系,以检测老旧建筑结构的内部缺陷、材料强度、结构变形情况等,从而有效提升老旧建筑结构性能退化鉴定的科学性与准确性,为老旧建筑的维修加固与安全管理提供有力技术支撑。

Abstract:

In order to accurately evaluate the safety and reliability of old buildings and reduce potential safety risks, this article starts with an overview of non-destructive testing technology, and constructs a scientific and reasonable system for identifying and evaluating structural performance degradation to detect internal defects, material strength, structural deformation, etc. of old building structures. This effectively improves the scientific and accurate identification of structural performance degradation in old buildings and provides strong technical support for the maintenance, reinforcement, and safety management of old buildings.
