摘要:

混凝土作为民用房建工程的核心结构材料,其施工质量直接决定建筑物的结构安全与使用性能。文章以某高层住宅楼工程为研究载体,从原材料质量管控、配合比优化设计、浇筑振捣工艺、养护管理等维度,系统梳理混凝土施工的关键技术要点,并结合工程实测数据完成施工效果验证。结果表明,通过科学规范的全流程施工技术管控,混凝土各项性能指标均可满足设计要求。

Abstract:

As the core structural material of civil housing construction projects, the construction quality of concrete directly determines the structural safety and performance of buildings. The article takes a high-rise residential building project as the research carrier, systematically sorts out the key technical points of concrete construction from the dimensions of raw material quality control, mix proportion optimization design, pouring and vibration technology, and maintenance management, and verifies the construction effect by combining engineering measurement data. The results indicate that through scientific and standardized full process construction technology control, all performance indicators of concrete can meet the design requirements.
