Abstract:The water absorption rate of ceramic tiles is a core indicator for determining their quality level and defining applicable scenarios. The accuracy and efficiency of detection technology are crucial for quality control in the entire industry. The article takes boiling method, vacuum method, and ultrasonic method as research objects, and combines the core principles and current standards of ceramic tile water absorption detection to conduct systematic comparative analysis from the dimensions of operation process, detection cycle, testing accuracy, equipment cost, scope of application, and sample destructiveness, providing reference for the optimization of ceramic tile water absorption detection technology.
