Abstract:In response to the adverse effects of fluctuations in the performance of cement and sand and gravel raw materials on the safety and durability of concrete structures in urban construction projects, this article focuses on the testing and research of key indicators such as cement physical and mechanical properties, sand and gravel particle grading, and mud content and mud block content. Combining typical engineering cases, it analyzes their impact on construction quality and structural performance, and proposes dynamic control strategies for testing process optimization and quality traceability. The research results indicate that strengthening the accuracy of raw material testing and process control can effectively reduce the fluctuation of concrete strength and durability risks, and improve the construction quality and material management level of urban construction projects.
