装配式混凝土结构套筒灌浆监理技术分析

摘要:

套筒灌浆连接是装配式混凝土结构竖向构件的主要连接方式,其施工质量直接决定结构整体受力性能。文章针对套筒灌浆施工过程中常见的质量隐患,构建涵盖灌浆前准备、施工过程管控及完工质量检测的全过程监理技术方案,并结合某装配式住宅项目完成工程进行验证。实践结果表明,该技术方案可有效规范灌浆施工流程,使灌浆饱满度及接头力学性能均满足设计要求,可为同类工程的监理实践提供可行参考。

Abstract:

Sleeve grouting connection is the main connection method for vertical components of prefabricated concrete structures, and its construction quality directly determines the overall stress performance of the structure. The article focuses on the common quality hazards in the construction process of sleeve grouting, and constructs a full process supervision technical plan covering pre grouting preparation, construction process control, and completion quality inspection. It is verified by combining it with the completion of a prefabricated residential project. The practical results show that this technical solution can effectively standardize the grouting construction process, ensuring that the grouting fullness and joint mechanics meet the design requirements. It can provide feasible references for the supervision practice of similar projects.
