Abstract:In response to the problems of extensive supervision methods, weak process control, and low level of informatization in the current quality supervision and management of construction projects, this article systematically analyzes the current operation status and underlying reasons of the traditional quality supervision system based on the project of a certain city's science and technology innovation center, and proposes an optimization strategy that integrates "smart supervision platform+risk grading differentiated supervision+full process quality traceability". By comparing the data before and after implementation for 6 months, it can be seen that the first acceptance pass rate of the optimized project has increased from 87.6% to 96.2%, the on-time closure rate of quality hazards has increased from 72.3% to 95.8%, and the rework loss cost has been reduced by 38.5%. The research results indicate that the optimization system can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional supervision, achieve precision, efficiency, and traceability of quality supervision.
