Abstract:

With the large-scale development of the construction industry, the construction period of most projects is gradually extended, and the investment amount is also gradually increasing. To ensure the efficiency of project construction, the preparers need to scientifically prepare the engineering budget plan, clarify the highest bidding price, and effectively avoid various risks caused by financial limitations.
