针对当前房建施工中质量通病频发、工序管控松散、验收标准落地不到位等行业痛点,文章结合某高层住宅项目,梳理了工程实际特点与管控难点,分析了施工全流程监理质量控制要点。工程实践表明,精细化、全过程的监理质量管控可显著降低施工质量通病发生率,提升工程质量,可为同类房建工程质量管控提供参考。

Abstract:

In response to industry pain points such as frequent quality problems, loose process control, and inadequate implementation of acceptance standards in current housing construction, this article combines a high-rise residential project to sort out the actual characteristics and control difficulties of the project, and analyzes the key points of quality control in the entire construction process supervision. Engineering practice has shown that refined and full process supervision quality control can significantly reduce the incidence of common construction quality problems, improve project quality, and provide reference for quality control of similar housing construction projects.
