随着我国建筑行业的蓬勃发展,厂房工程建设规模不断扩大,对施工现场全过程的管理要求也日益提高。文章从厂房工程施工概述出发,深入剖析了厂房工程施工现场全过程管理中所面临的挑战,在此基础上,提出了一系列具有针对性的管理策略,包括搭建数字化信息管理平台、优化资源配置方案、建立完善的施工环境应对机制等。结果显示,实施上述管理策略,可以提升厂房工程施工现场全过程管理水平,为建筑行业的高质量发展贡献力量。

Abstract:

With the vigorous development of China's construction industry, the scale of factory construction continues to expand, and the requirements for the management of the entire construction process on the construction site are also increasing. Starting from an overview of factory construction, this article deeply analyzes the challenges faced in the entire process management of factory construction sites. Based on this, a series of targeted management strategies are proposed, including building a digital information management platform, optimizing resource allocation plans, and establishing a sound construction environment response mechanism. The results show that implementing the above management strategies can improve the overall management level of factory construction sites and contribute to the high-quality development of the construction industry.
