Abstract:In response to the problem of cost overruns caused by frequent adjustments in engineering quantities, significant fluctuations in material prices, and poor coordination of cost control in various stages during the implementation of construction projects, this article focuses on the dynamic characteristics of data changes throughout the entire life cycle of the project. The main cost deviations in the four core stages of investment estimation, design deepening, list pricing, and construction execution are systematically decomposed, and a dynamic cost control method based on the linkage control of engineering quantities and prices is proposed. The research results indicate that this whole process dynamic control method can effectively weaken the cumulative amplification effect of engineering quantity deviation and price deviation, significantly improving the accuracy of cost control and the controllability of the whole process.
