Abstract:In order to explore the application methods of new green energy-saving technologies in construction projects, this article takes the A multi story residential renovation project as an example, analyzes the existing problems such as large heat loss of the enclosure structure, waste of construction resources, excessive waste emissions, and insufficient utilization of renewable energy, and proposes targeted solutions. The engineering test results show that after completing the technical optimization, the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall of the project decreased from 1.95 W/(m2·K) to 0.43 W/(m2·K), the amount of material waste was significantly reduced, and the annual photovoltaic power generation was significantly increased.
