Abstract:The article focuses on the three progressive stages of risk identification, assessment, and optimization, constructing a three-dimensional indicator system of technology, economy, and management, and introducing a quantitative model that couples qualitative and quantitative methods to accurately classify risk levels. Aiming at typical problems such as defects in the bill of quantities, vague contract interfaces, and dense process interweaving, optimization methods for source reduction, risk sharing, and dynamic control of construction interfaces are proposed to form an integrated control loop of "evaluation and traction optimization". Engineering application verification shows that the above method can significantly reduce the uncertainty in the bidding process, provide strong support for ensuring the construction period and quality objectives of the nodes, and provide reference for bidding management of similar industrial buildings.
