Abstract:Based on the PDCA cycle theory, this article summarizes the existing shortcomings in the closed-loop management of construction hazards, and proposes improvement plans for standardized investigation, digital circulation, responsible rectification, and data-driven evaluation through specific project cases. The practical results show that this management path can effectively improve the coverage of hidden danger investigation, shorten the rectification cycle, reduce the recurrence rate of hidden dangers and the occurrence rate of safety accidents, comprehensively strengthen the safety control ability of construction sites, and provide practical reference for improving the on-site safety governance level of similar engineering projects.
