Abstract:The core goal of construction project management is to achieve a dynamic balance between engineering quality, safety, and schedule, and construction schedule control is a key link in this process. The complexity of its management comes from the coupling of multiple factors such as organizational coordination, technical execution, resource allocation, and information feedback. Based on this, the article thoroughly sorted out the typical difficulties in construction progress control, systematically analyzed the causes of the problems from four dimensions: organizational management, technical implementation, resource scheduling, and information control, and proposed targeted optimization measures based on multidimensional collaboration and information support. The results indicate that the introduction of a dynamic control mechanism that deeply integrates building information models and project management information systems can significantly improve the controllability and execution accuracy of construction schedules, providing a scientifically feasible implementation path for the entire process management of construction projects.
