Abstract:Based on the infrastructure needs such as campus expansion and upgrading of functional venues in universities, accurate and reasonable estimation of construction and installation project costs is the core basis for investment control and fund arrangement in university construction projects. The article first sorts out the cost composition and unique characteristics of construction and installation engineering in university construction projects, analyzes core influencing factors such as project construction standards, material price fluctuations, and labor cost changes. Based on this, a complete estimation path covering engineering basic parameter extraction, dynamic coefficient adjustment estimation, and result engineering transformation is proposed. Finally, practical verification is carried out based on an actual construction project of a certain university. The verification results show that this estimation method is easy to operate and has high accuracy, which can provide reference for investment estimation work of similar university construction projects.
