随着"双碳"目标的深入推进,建筑装饰行业迫切需要推进绿色转型。文章结合3个典型项目案例,从绿色材料与部品选用、装配式干法施工技术、BIM技术协同管理、施工环境精细化管控4个维度展开系统剖析,并基于项目实测数据验证绿色施工技术的综合效益,旨在为同类装饰工程的绿色施工实践提供可复制、可推广的技术参考。

Abstract:

With the deepening of the "dual carbon" goal, the construction and decoration industry urgently needs to promote green transformation. The article combines three typical project cases to conduct a systematic analysis from four dimensions: green material and component selection, prefabricated dry construction technology, BIM technology collaborative management, and fine control of construction environment. Based on actual project data, the comprehensive benefits of green construction technology are verified, aiming to provide replicable and promotable technical references for green construction practices in similar decoration projects.
