Abstract:Existing building HVAC systems commonly suffer from issues such as equipment aging, energy efficiency degradation, improper airflow organization, and extensive operation control, resulting in a long-term poor operating state of energy waste and indoor thermal comfort imbalance. The article combines practical cases and conducts on-site testing and long-term operation data analysis to accurately identify core issues such as mismatched jet forms at the end of the air outlet, disorderly operation of fan coil clusters, and equipment idling during non working hours. It proposes a targeted closed-loop technical path of "problem oriented graded diagnosis precise transformation", focusing on analyzing the management energy-saving strategies and corresponding energy-saving potential of the central air conditioning end fan coil group control system. At the same time, special technical discussions are carried out around the fine transformation of air outlets and the reshaping of indoor airflow organization. The results show that after implementing the above-mentioned energy-saving renovation technologies, the indoor temperature uniformity in typical areas of the project has been significantly improved, and the comprehensive energy-saving benefits of the air conditioning terminal system are outstanding.
