Abstract:Due to the large spatial volume, high heat dissipation of production equipment, and uneven distribution of internal personnel, the HVAC system design of large space industrial plants is more complex compared to ordinary civil buildings, and the energy consumption ratio far exceeds that of general building types. The article takes a large space industrial plant project as the research object, combines the actual production needs and building characteristics of the project, carries out heat and humidity load calculation, air conditioning system selection, and airflow organization optimization design, and proposes targeted energy-saving measures from the dimensions of enclosure structure and equipment selection. Finally, the energy-saving effect is analyzed and evaluated, which can provide reference for HVAC design and energy-saving optimization of similar industrial plant projects.
