Abstract:In response to the problems of high operating heat loss, unstable drainage and condensation, and insufficient condensate recovery in thermal pipelines of heavy industrial buildings, this article constructs a complete technical path for covering laying and installation, node quality control, energy-saving optimization, and effect evaluation: through welding pressure testing and grading management, continuous insulation treatment of through wall sleeves, and segmented configuration of insulation and anti-corrosion, the installation quality of pipelines is improved. Combined with insulation and loss reduction, check of drain valves, and closed recovery of condensed water, achieve energy-saving regulation during operation. The results showed that this technological path can effectively improve the energy-saving operation and operation feedback level of thermal pipelines.
