Abstract:With the continuous promotion of urban renewal actions, the renovation of old residential areas has gradually shifted from infrastructure repair to functional improvement, environmental enhancement, and green low-carbon collaborative updates. The article focuses on the management of renovation projects in old residential areas under the concept of green development. It proposes to strengthen early survey and green planning, implement refined green construction management, optimize building energy conservation and sponge transformation technology, strengthen the selection of green building materials, the utilization of building waste resources, and long-term operation and maintenance management. Through full process technical control and multi-party collaborative governance, the quality of renovation projects can be improved, resource consumption and environmental impact can be reduced, and the development towards green, systematic and sustainable direction can be promoted.
