Abstract:This article takes a two star green residential project as the research object, and analyzes the practical application of green construction technology from five dimensions: material conservation and resource utilization, dust control, noise control, construction waste disposal, and energy-saving construction of enclosure structures. At the same time, a quantitative evaluation of the direct economic benefits and indirect comprehensive benefits of green construction was conducted by comparing the full cycle cost with traditional construction methods. Research has shown that although green construction increases initial investment in some aspects, it can achieve overall cost balance through resource conservation and cost optimization, and has significant environmental and social benefits. It can provide reference for the implementation and cost control of green construction in similar projects.
