Abstract:In response to the problems of fragmented supervision information and lagging quality risk identification in the construction process of municipal bridges, this article constructs a construction process supervision and quality warning system based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. The system integrates modules such as 3D visualization modeling, multi-source data collection, and dynamic warning algorithms, enabling real-time monitoring and risk prediction of the entire construction process. Through practical application verification of a cross river bridge project, the system has shown good performance in terms of supervision coverage, accuracy of deviation recognition, timely response to warnings, and closed-loop disposal. It can provide strong technical support for quality control of municipal bridge engineering.
