High-altitude operation accidents account for a relatively high proportion of construction safety accidents and are a key area of concern for engineering quality and safety supervision. The article is based on the perspective of quality and safety supervision, systematically analyzing the multidimensional causes of high-altitude operation accidents on construction sites. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to construct a high-altitude operation accident warning model, clarifying the criteria for hazard level classification and warning response mechanism. Improvement strategies for quality and safety supervision are proposed from three dimensions: optimization of supervision mechanism, upgrading of technical means, and constraint of responsible parties. Empirical testing of classic engineering projects shows that the model has good feasibility and effectiveness.
