Abstract:The current deep integration of building industrialization and intelligent construction has made prefabricated housing construction the mainstream direction of domestic engineering construction, relying on the advantages of low carbon efficiency and high industrialization level. This type of project adopts the "factory prefabrication+on-site assembly" mode, with complex process links, multiple participating parties, and strict component control standards. Based on this, the article relies on digital technologies such as BIM and the Internet of Things to build a construction management system, and analyzes its application value and implementation path in prefabricated building construction projects, providing technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
