Abstract:In view of the pain points in the construction process of the decoration and construction integration project, such as multiple overlapping processes, low management efficiency, and poor progress control effect, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis and case study to explore the path of coordinated progress control of the decoration and construction integration project relying on BIM technology and digital platform, taking the T2 tower reconstruction project of Shanghai center Building as the research carrier, so as to promote the development of coordinated and modern progress control of the decoration and construction integration project. Research has shown that building a collaborative control system based on BIM and digital platforms can effectively resolve conflicts between renovation construction and normal tower operation, significantly improving the accuracy of progress control in super high-rise renovation projects.
