Abstract:In response to the pain points of difficult quality control and low operational efficiency in concrete construction, this article takes a multi story office building with a building area of 3.2 × 104 m2 as the research carrier, and uses a combination of case analysis and comparative research to build an optimization system from two dimensions: technical optimization of mix design, process control, and maintenance testing methods, establish construction organization, quality supervision, and risk assurance mechanisms on the management end. The practical results show that the concrete strength of the project exceeds the design value by 14.9% to 19.3%, the rework rate drops to 0.3%, and the comprehensive cost is saved by 8.2%, which can provide reference for similar projects.
