Optimization Design Analysis of Exterior Facade of High-rise Residential Buildings

摘要:

近年来,虽然高层住宅建筑外立面的设计方案日趋多样化,但仍存在部分外立面因缺乏合理设计而缩短使用寿命,甚至引发失稳、滑落等严重事故。基于此,文章结合实际案例,探讨高层住宅建筑外立面的设计要点及其优化路径,并提倡建筑设计人员遵循“因地制宜”的实践思路,将BIM技术应用于建筑设计环节,以从根本上解决高层住宅外立面的结构缺陷问题。

Abstract:

In recent years, although the design schemes for the facades of high-rise residential buildings have become increasingly diverse, there are still some facades that have shortened their service life due to a lack of reasonable design, and even caused serious accidents such as instability and sliding. Based on this, the article combines practical cases to explore the design points and optimization paths of high-rise residential building facades, and advocates that architectural designers follow the practical idea of "adapting to local conditions" and apply BIM technology to the architectural design process to fundamentally solve the structural defects of high-rise residential building facades.
