Abstract:Technical risk control in construction project management is a key link in ensuring project quality, progress, and safety. The article explores technical risks such as foundation construction settlement, main structure node connection, uneven concrete pouring and vibration, and construction joint treatment through literature analysis and case studies. It also proposes control methods such as precise control of foundation load distribution, enhancement of structural node connection stability, optimization of concrete pouring and vibration technology, and standardization of construction joint treatment process. The results indicate that implementing effective technical risk management measures by the construction unit can significantly improve construction quality and safety, reduce technical problems during the construction process, and ensure timely and high-quality completion of the project.
