摘要:

白蚁危害对建筑工程的结构稳定性、使用安全性与外观完整性存在严重威胁,做好施工阶段的白蚁预防是从源头降低白蚁侵害风险、保障建筑工程使用年限的关键环节。文章结合蒙城县白蚁防治工作实践,梳理白蚁对建筑物的常见危害,分析当前建筑工程施工阶段白蚁预防施工工艺存在的普遍性问题,从材料、技术、管理、人员、药剂等维度提出针对性的优化方向,为基层住房保障机构开展白蚁预防施工管控提供可参考的思路。

Abstract:

Termite damage poses a serious threat to the stability, safety, and appearance integrity of building structures. Effective termite prevention during the construction phase is a key step in reducing the risk of termite infestation from the source and ensuring the service life of building projects. The article combines the practice of termite prevention and control in Mengcheng County, sorts out the common hazards of termites to buildings, analyzes the common problems in termite prevention construction technology in the current construction stage of building projects, and proposes targeted optimization directions from the dimensions of materials, technology, management, personnel, and chemicals, providing reference ideas for grassroots housing security institutions to carry out termite prevention and construction control.
