摘要:

针对传统后浇带技术应用于超长混凝土结构时存在工期长、整体性差等问题,文章系统阐述了膨胀加强带技术"抗放兼施"的作用机理,详细分析了其设计原则、施工工艺及质量控制要点,并结合实际工程案例进行验证。研究结果表明,该技术可显著缩短工期,提升结构整体防水性能,并降低约5%的综合成本。

Abstract:

In response to the problems of long construction period and poor integrity in the application of traditional post pouring strip technology to ultra long concrete structures, this article systematically expounds the mechanism of the expansion strengthening strip technology's "anti discharge and simultaneous application", analyzes in detail its design principles, construction technology, and quality control points, and verifies them with actual engineering cases. The research results indicate that this technology can significantly shorten the construction period, improve the overall waterproof performance of the structure, and reduce the comprehensive cost by about 5%.
