In order to solve the problems of lagging deformation control of deep foundation pits and frequent settlement of pipe trench backfilling in soft soil areas of municipal engineering, this article proposes a new supervision mode based on active control of key process parameters. Firstly, this strategy introduces the pipeline stiffness influence coefficient correction Peck formula, and uses the back calculated allowable loss rate of the formation as the criterion for excavation stoppage. Secondly, based on the Bingham fluid diffusion theory, determine the pressure limit for anti splitting grouting. Finally, establish a backfill quality control standard based on pipe soil composite stiffness. This article combines engineering examples to compare and analyze the control effects of traditional site management and parameterized intervention modes. The actual test results show that this strategy can effectively control the surface settlement around the foundation pit within 80% of the warning value, and at the same time control the post construction settlement rate of the backfill area within 0.03 mm/d.
