Abstract:Traditional layouts suffer from modular disorder and insufficient universality of components, making it difficult to adapt to the modular construction mode and hindering the large-scale promotion of the industry. The article focuses on the standardized layouts of prefabricated housing, analyzing its design significance and basic principles. Key design points are sorted out from the dimensions of modular system, spatial module, component matching, energy-saving design, and humanized design. The practicality of the design scheme is demonstrated through examples, providing reference for the standardized design of prefabricated housing and promoting the high-quality development of residential industrialization.
