Abstract:The article focuses on the deep integration of industrial building facades and functions, analyzes the core contradictions and design paradigm innovations faced by industrial building design under the background of industrial demand upgrading and urban image iteration, proposes three design principles: system collaboration, performance priority, and humanistic orientation, and explores key technical paths such as dynamic adaptation of production processes and facade forms, photovoltaic building integration, parameterized performance-based design, and modular reconfigurable facade systems from three dimensions: functional collaboration, technological integration, and aesthetic expression. Research has shown that integrated design can significantly improve production efficiency, building energy self-sufficiency, and corporate brand value, providing theoretical support for the renewal and design of industrial buildings.
