The article proposes a construction optimization method that integrates "elevation time sequence logistics" by using stable settlement zoning as the spatial framework, rearranging the construction process sequence as the main timeline, and using dynamic elevation compensation and linear programming allocation as technical support points. The typical engineering verification results show that this method can reduce the amount of rework earthwork by 12.7%, shorten the total transportation distance by 22.4%, and compress the comprehensive construction period by 18%.
