Abstract:Prefabricated T-beams are a commonly used form of upper structure in highway bridge engineering. Prestressing and grouting of ducts are key processes that determine the bearing capacity and durability of the beam. Once construction defects occur, they can easily cause long-term diseases such as deflection of the beam and corrosion of steel strands. The article systematically sorts out the typical defect types and their formation mechanisms in each stage of precast T-beam prestressed construction, and proposes a refined control plan for the quality of duct grouting from four dimensions: slurry mix optimization, intelligent process application, non-destructive testing innovation, and full process control. It clarifies the key technical parameters and control points, in order to provide technical reference for improving the quality of prestressed construction in similar projects.
