Abstract:In response to the problems of vague definition of responsibilities, lagging information transmission, and untimely collaborative response in the construction management and supervision of road and bridge engineering, this article takes the interchange project of a certain city's ring expressway as the basis, and implements measures such as establishing a three-level collaborative organizational structure, developing a two-way verification mechanism for key processes, and building an information-based dynamic monitoring platform to achieve full process coverage of quality control. The application results show that this collaborative mechanism increases the quality defect detection rate by 35%, reduces the engineering rework rate by 28%, achieves a one-time acceptance pass rate of 98%, and shortens the average quality problem handling cycle by 60%.
