城市道路改造项目施工管理过程中的质量控制措施分析

Analysis of Quality Control Measures in the Construction Management Process of Urban Road Renovation Projects

摘要:

城市道路改造工程受既有管线、交通组织、周边建筑等多重因素制约,施工质量控制难度明显高于新建道路。文章以佛山市高明区荷城街道三洲旧区碧桂路提升改造、公正路提升改造等项目为研究对象,系统梳理城市道路改造项目施工管理中的质量控制难点,从路基处理、路面施工、管线迁改和排水工程等关键环节提出针对性的管控措施,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。

Abstract:

Urban road renovation projects are constrained by multiple factors such as existing pipelines, traffic organization, and surrounding buildings, and the difficulty of construction quality control is significantly higher than that of new roads. The article takes the projects of upgrading and renovating Bi Gui Road and Gongzheng Road in Sanzhou Old District, Hecheng Street, Gaoming District, Foshan City as the research object. It systematically sorts out the quality control difficulties in the construction management of urban road renovation projects, and proposes targeted control measures from key links such as roadbed treatment, pavement construction, pipeline relocation, and drainage engineering, in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
