Abstract:Traffic safety markings are the core components of road traffic safety facilities, and their wear resistance directly determines the service life and continuous reflective effect of markings. They are key indicators for evaluating the quality of marking engineering. The current wear resistance testing of marking lines has problems such as non-standard application of methods and incomplete quality control chains, which can easily lead to early wear and failure of marking lines. The article systematically analyzes the wear mechanism and performance influencing factors of marking coatings, sorts out the principles and applicable scenarios of four commonly used wear resistance testing techniques, and constructs a full cycle quality control system covering raw materials, construction, acceptance, and operation, aiming to provide technical references for the quality control of marking in traffic safety engineering.
